Even if you accidentally delete them, they will return if you reload the game. Meaning, that you don't have to restart the game. Once the mod is installed, the game checks if you already have the items each time you load a save. Which adds several "cheat" items, among them the "ring of rebirth", which allows you to respec any character (except golems and dogs) when you activate it.
